Official Notice
Assays are an "opinion of quantity" of precious metals and other elements on the Periodic table and vary WIDELY depending upon the various methods of analysis employed, e.g. fire assay, which does not report compound forms of PM’s, x-ray florescence, x-ray diffraction, Neutron Activation, and various forms of spectrometry (e.g. ICP, DCP or AA), based upon lines and wavelengths published and endorsed by the United States Bureau of Weights and Measures (National Bureau of Standards Monograph 32 --- Part I Issued December 29, 1961). As a matter of reference, there are 29,167 ounces in a short ton.
We make no warranty, express or implied about the extractability of the material tested and no extrapolation whatsoever may be made from the small, generally one ounce sample (" an assay ton") tested nor to any broader set of materials, dore or indirect or unrelated samples. No such relationship exists.
Further, our Assays shall not be utilized, directly or indirectly for the public or private raising of investment funds, in whole or in part.
Assays are ONLY an indication of Elements present in a sample and NOT any indication of "recovered metals" or any indication of "possible commercial viability".
The ONLY relevant method of report which may indicate an indication of commercial viability is a proven extraction process, trial run at commercial levels and volumes and the resultant recovery of dense metal, provable bulleon, observed and proven by a third party, independent expert who has no direct or indirect financial interest in the subject project.
